Buddhist Meditation Classes In Harrow Middlesex

A beginners meditation class in Harrow is available during term time (of the academic calendar) on Mondays at 7.30PM. The venue is:

Nearest Railway Station: Hatch End (accessible from Euston and the north) 

Dates: Classes resume on  Monday 23rd January 2012

and until May for the Spring/Summer terms.

This is a relatively new class open to those interested from NW London or suburbs such as Watford.  Teaching is provided free of charge with the opportunity of donations to help cover the cost of room hire and refreshments.  Please bring a cushion and mat (the floor is not carpeted).  There is free parking available there at this time.  Please note that the emphasis is on meditation rather than "religion".  There is no enrolment involved.
