Classes
and groups for beginners and experienced meditators are currently
held in Britain, Northern Ireland and California. In local beginners'
groups, a basic meditation technique is taught at weekly classes over
a period of six to nine months, along with some theory to support
the development of meditation practice. This includes personal face
to face meetings with a teacher. In accordance with the tradition
of this practice, there is no charge for the teaching, but local groups
may ask for a donation towards the costs of room hire and refreshments.
