Buddhist Meditation Classes In Shrewsbury

A new weekly Samatha meditation class will begin in Shrewsbury, from Feb 21st 2012.

The venue is the Gateway Education and Arts Centre in Shrewsbury.

Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings 7.15pm to 9.15pm (in school term time). 

The class is suitable for beginners, and new members are welcome anytime.
