The weekly beginners' meditation class in Wilmslow will resume on Thursday 18th April.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

If you would like to come, please arrive a few minutes before 8 p.m. via the car park in Chapel Lane where there will be someone to meet you. It is helpful to wear comfortable clothing.  There is no charge for the teaching but cost of room hire etc. is £16 per night and everyone is asked to make a voluntary contribution to cover this amount.

The class is held in  Room 1,  Wilmslow United Reformed Church,  Chapel Lane,  Wilmslow  SK9 1PR.
